While we were in Pennsylvania hubby flew his drone. I couldn’t put any of his drone pictures up on the last blog. So, I wanted to share a video that he took with you.   Drone vs Jetski  We arrived last Sunday at Baylor Beach Park (Water Park and Campgrounds). It wasn't a bad drive, and it is beautiful.  Well, we have found flies, gnats, beautiful scenery and the Amish way of life. Our site for six days. Baylor Beach Park first started out as The Beachcomber, but the gentleman who owned it saw Sarah Baylor's cottage at Myers Lake and wanted to buy it. After much discussion, Sarah not only sold her cottage but also acquired The Beachcomber.  The original lake, but this is the way it looks in 2023. The Beachcomber was reopening the following summer, but due to its poor reputation, had little success. In 1955, Sarah's son, Jack and his wife re-named the facility to Baylor Beach and started construction of a home on the property adjacent to the lake. After the home was finished,

We had an amazing week, and we were able to hang out with Art and Caroline again. Last Sunday, they took us to Lake Wallenpaupack and we walked along the trail, went down to see the water, had an interesting lunch and then drove to the Delaware River and Hudson Canal Lock 31.  On the sidewalk outside of the Visitor Center. Lake Wallenpaupack. Fun to watch the water coming on the shore. This is your model of a typical boat that would take coal up the Delaware River. The canal lock. Locks lift boats up or down  to the next level of the canal. This historic building was built in the early 1800's using post and beam construction.  In 1821 it was owned by Russell Daniels and was called the Daniels Farm.  The Delaware and Hudson Canal was built directly behind the house;  Lock 31 was placed here, the value of the property increased greatly.  Ernst Hintze, a grocer from Brooklyn NY bought the property in 1878  and  remolded it to be a hotel and store that looked out over the canal.  Boatm

While I was in the RV, hubby was checking out the tires and just making sure everything checked out. Well, it didn't! We had another leaf spring break. We could still drive, and I quickly Googled mobile welders. We found one in the next town only about 10 minutes away. We called just in time (11:50am) because on Saturdays they close at noon. He was amazing, he wasn't mobile, but we made it to him. He worked on the rig for about 2 hours and then we were on our way. Also, it was an amazing price. God was so good and so gracious to us. Thank You, Lord. This is Chris. He was wonderful! Making our way to Pennsylvania was great. We were able to have nice weather and when we made it to our site, we set up quickly, well, sort of had people talking with hubby. Because of the two hour delay, we at
